Job Title: Commission-Based Furniture Sales Associate

Job Overview: This is a pure commission based job plus monthly target with no basic salary. We are seeking a motivated and driven commission-based sales associate to join our furniture store team. As a commission-based sales associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality furniture pieces to customers. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences and offer them the best furniture options to fit their budget. You will manage your time based on your own schedule, and you can always bring your customers to showroom and present our furniture to make the sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their furniture needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right furniture pieces
- Actively engage with customers to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell furniture items
- Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently closing sales
- Provide accurate and timely product information to customers
- Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently
- Promote our furniture on Facebook Marketplace, Wechat, Instagram, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in a commission-based role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A passion for furniture and interior design

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 5-20 per week

**Salary**: $5,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
