**Job Overview**

We’re looking for a dynamic and bilingual Korean Sales Agent to help grow our presence within the Korean community in Canada and abroad. This role involves managing the full sales cyclefrom generating leads and building trust with Korean-speaking clients and partners to guiding them through our housing options and securing successful move-ins. You will be the cultural and communication bridge between Vanmates and the Korean-speaking market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Market Expansion: Actively identify and engage with prospective Korean clients (students, parents, agents, partners), increasing awareness of Vanmates in South Korea and the Korean Canadian community. Sales Process: Respond to inquiries, conduct property consultations (virtually or in-person), provide housing recommendations, and guide clients through the booking and leasing process. Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with Korean-speaking clients by providing excellent service, clear information, and ongoing support. Cultural Mediation: Provide Korean-language support and help the team understand client needs, cultural expectations, and preferences. Outreach & Networking: Develop connections with Korean schools, agencies, and student communities in Vancouver, Toronto, and Korea. Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (Customer Support, Operations, Marketing) to ensure excellent customer experiences.

**Qualifications**
- Native or fluent in Korean and proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Sales or customer service experience, ideally in real estate, accommodation, or student services
- Number oriented. Motiveted and competitive individual - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Korean cultural norms and expectations
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under commission structure
