**About Us**

Peak Performance Renovations is a growing, Vancouver-based construction and renovation company recognized for our commitment to craftsmanship, professionalism, and client satisfaction. We’re looking for a motivated and personable **Sales & Marketing Agent** to help expand our client base and build long-term relationships across Metro Vancouver.

**Position Overview**

The Sales & Marketing Agent will represent Peak Performance Renovations by promoting our services, generating leads, and helping convert inquiries into signed renovation contracts. This role combines sales outreach, digital marketing activity, and client interaction. It’s ideal for someone entrepreneurial, outgoing, and excited about earning commissions based on performance.

**Responsibilities**
- Generate and follow up on new project leads through online platforms, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial consultations, walkthroughs, and client meetings to understand project needs.
- Collaborate with management to prepare quotes and proposals.
- Maintain clear communication with potential clients until projects are confirmed.
- Assist with marketing efforts — social media posting, photo updates, and brand promotion.
- Report weekly on sales activity, leads, and closed projects.

**Compensation**
- **Base Pay**: Provincial minimum hourly wage.
- **Commission**: 5% commission on all signed projects directly secured or closed by you.
- Commission is paid as the client deposits are received and the contract is active.
- Flexible hours and hybrid work opportunities may be available based on performance.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
- Basic understanding of construction, home improvement, or design (an asset but not required).
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations preferred.
- Must have access to reliable transportation within Metro Vancouver.
