**Summary**

As a Service Coordinator, you will be essential in ensuring efficient operations and delivering outstanding customer service. Reporting to the office manager, you will utilize your strong organizational and communication skills to manage data entry, handle multi-line phone systems, and assist with clerical tasks. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, will support purchasing and administrative functions. With relevant experience in customer support and office environments, you will contribute to a seamless experience for clients and enhance the overall effectiveness of our team.

General Description
- Attend to Client concerns and needs
- Organize and schedule Field Team
- Data entry, documentation, auditing, and tracking
- Understanding of purchasing, purchase orders, etc.
- Organize and track parts inventory and equipment
- Able to prioritize to meet expectations and deadlines
- Act as a liaison between client, office, and Field Team

JOB Qualifications
- Superb organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), exemplary data entry skills (both speed and accuracy)
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written -adept at using technology to communicate
- Professional and friendly telephone mannerism. Previous experience in customer service would be an asset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Committed to meeting deadlines
- Versatile and loves a good challenge
- Able to work effectively with a diverse group of people
- Multitasker who is flexible

Support & Training
- Support from an established and successful Team
- In-house training from senior staff, Managers, and from LINC
- Other related training as it arises

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
