Purpose of Role: The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for leading a facility warehouse and team of service millwright technicians. The incumbent is responsible for partnering with the Sales and Service teams in delivering our strategic initiatives and delivering excellent customer-centric solutions to our most valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform site and customer visits as needed to address customer concerns or to gather information on projects when required
- Collect and analyze inventory data to ensure adequate availability of inventory to support the business needs in the area
- Plan and support on-site and off-site maintenance work, including overall planning for each job, identifying parts and tools needed, and manpower scheduling
- Accurate project quotes involving project cost and manpower needs

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Millwright and Supervisor is desired
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills both verbal and written in English and/or French
- Experience with SAP or related ERP software and Microsoft Suite is a plus
- Solid active listening skills and consultative approach to selling, as well as an exceptional ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and employees of the company
