The **Lead Hostess** serves as the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a refined and memorable dining experience. This role combines polished hospitality, organization, and leadership, ensuring seamless front-door operations and exceptional guest service from arrival to departure.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Guest Relations & Service**
- Warmly greet and welcome guests in a professional and gracious manner.
- Manage reservations, seating, and guest flow to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate guest needs and accommodate special requests or VIP arrangements.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the restaurant’s menu, wine list, and service standards to confidently communicate with guests.
- Ensure that every guest receives attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.

**Leadership & Coordination**
- Supervise and train the host team to deliver consistent, high-level hospitality.
- Coordinate with management, sommelier, and service staff to maintain smooth floor operations and seating rotation.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team regarding guest timing, table turns, and pacing.
- Lead pre-service briefings to align the front desk team with nightly priorities, reservations, and special events.

**Administrative & Operational**
- Manage the reservation system (**e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms, Resy**) with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and reception area at all times.
- Assist in guest record-keeping and VIP profiling to support guest loyalty and recognition programs.
- Support management with administrative tasks such as waitlist management, floor charts, and reporting guest feedback.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **2-3 years** of experience as a hostess or front desk lead in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor under pressure.
- Familiarity with reservation management software (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms, Resy).
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
