**Summary**

As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your core skills in customer service and communication will be essential as you greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure efficient seating arrangements. With a focus on hospitality and guest services, you will create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Your experience in food service and familiarity with POS systems will further enhance your ability to support our restaurant operations effectively. **Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and waitlists, providing accurate wait times to guests.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and taking reservations with excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess area, enhancing the overall dining experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per year
