**Purpose**:
Under the direction of the Manager, Admissions & Student Financial Services the Admissions Office Assistant will support the Admissions office with recruitment and admission of students to the JD program at Osgoode Hall Law School.

**Education**:
High School Diploma

**Experience**:
Minimum 1 years experience in a front line high volume customer service area preferably in an academic environment.

**Skills**:
Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Access, Excel, Word.

Ability to work courteously and effectively with people.

Tact and diplomacy.

Obtaining and providing information in a clear and concise manner.

Effective interpersonal skills.

Effective organizational skills, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.

Ability to multi-task.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to work independently.

Effective communications skills (oral and written).

Good judgment and initiative.

Attention to detail.

Ability to work as an effective member of a team.
