**Job Summary**
This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce, as well as the ability to manage advertising campaigns and budgets effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling advertising content that resonates with target audiences.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic traffic.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Assist in budgeting for marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Support product management efforts by providing insights into market needs and competitive positioning.
- Advertise and promote company products and services across various channels.
- Develop and identify strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and strengthen market position.
- Handle all aspects of marketing contract management, from negotiations to final agreements.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of analytics tools and e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with advertising strategies across various channels including Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques and best practices to improve search engine rankings.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing software tools.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
