Ezryder is a growing car rental and future rideshare company serving Saskatchewan. We are looking for an **Operational Manager** to oversee our daily operations, manage staff, and support business growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day rental operations, ensuring smooth customer service.
- Oversee fleet scheduling, maintenance, and inspections.
- Supervise and support staff.
- Track budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
- Assist with compliance and licensing requirements.
- Support marketing efforts to grow customer base.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience (transportation, rental, or hospitality background is an asset).
- Strong organizational and financial skills.
- Good communication and leadership ability.
- Familiar with scheduling, reporting, and customer service management.

**Compensation**
- CAD **32-35/hr** plus 5.77% vacation pay
- Performance-based incentives may apply
