Prince Albert, Canada CanOps Full time

Lead CanOps internal and external Marketing and Sales efforts, working closely with the senior leadership in driving growth and client satisfaction. As a Marketing lead you will plan and organize marketing activities under the direction of the VP of Business Solutions. You will also ensure the company communicates the right message to its clients, organize and lead the day-to-day product/service marketing and all other duties as assigned and outlined below. You will work in a hybrid, work from home and in office, situation. Time on the road (tradeshows etc.) will also be required.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan, develop, and direct multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales
- Oversee social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations
- Implement search engine optimization (SEO) in online media
- Research trends and new marketing opportunities, and brainstorm ideas
- Coordinate and produce financial documents for advertising campaigns, such as budgets, estimates, and contracts
- Communicate and negotiate with ad agencies, employees, marketing staff, editors, and writers
- Analyze customer feedback and campaign performance.
- Develop marketing and promotional strategy and materials for internal company projects and/or products, including brand management, advertising, and web and sales collateral.
- Ensure marketing programs align with public relations and all other communication activities
- Assist in preparation of long
- and short-term marketing plans, pricing policies and budgets.
- Analyze customer feedback.
- Record and maintain all client interactions within the CanOps CRM.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell or cross-sell products/services
- Identify opportunities and areas for growth for existing clients.
- Keep abreast of client needs, opportunities and maintain strong relationships.
- Forecasting and budgeting as directed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Three to five years of experience in the field of marketing, sales, or public relations is required. University Degree is not required but is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $86,542.04-$104,174.20 per year
