Busy Entrepreneur and CEO of an expanding retail company specializing in results driven direct response marketing seeks a dynamic, energetic, experienced, meticulous, high-performing career-driven **Personal/Executive Assistant**.
Serving as an essential partner to the CEO, family and collaborators, this role requires uncompromising discretion, integrity, privacy, confidentiality and professionalism.
Work schedule is M-F, dayshift with flexible availability for occasional evening or weekends. Work location is a blend of remote and on-site/in-person for meetings or special projects to ensure the CEO’s calendar runs smoothly and is appropriately coordinated. A valid driver’s license and your own reliable, insured vehicle are required.
The Personal/Executive Assistant reports directly to the CEO in their administrative duties and liaises with the family, office staff and vendors.
Some tasks that you will be expected to accomplish are:
- Detail-oriented; nothing slips through the cracks
- Take feedback and use it as a tool for growth
- Travel Management
- Organize and schedule meetings, create agendas and take meeting minutes
- Collect mail
- Scanning and filing (knowledge of office equipment functionality)
- Professional discretion and maturity
- Executive calendar management
- Client and Vendor relations management
- Organized record keeping
- Prepare reports
- Oversee and/or assist with the implementation of created procedures
- Pack for the CEO’s travel
- Assist with project management
- Assist with research and product launches
- Clothing and Grocery shopping, and light errands such as Dry Cleaning, Food and Airport Terminal Pickup
- Make high-level decisions quickly
- Assist CEO with other personal and professional tasks as needed
- Travel once or twice a year
**Position is full-time with competitive compensation based on experience.**

We are currently looking for an independent, initiative-taking, diligent individual to become our new Personal/Executive Assistant to the CEO, someone who cannot wait to be part of a team that makes an impact wherever they go.
**Experience**:
- 2 yrs Executive & Personal Assistance, or Customer Support, Retail experience
- 2 yrs Experience using Google Workspace, G-suite and Apps, and Microsoft Office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
