**Position Overview**:
**Employment Description**:

- Process vendor invoices and payment of accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
- Reconciling vendor accounts, manage approved and disputed invoices and follow up for all outstanding matters.
- Work closely with dispatch and sales operations with regards to inventory and pricing discrepancies.
- Liaises with vendors to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage general accounting inbox and address items as necessary.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory record.
- Data entry of all AP, AR and Freight invoices into our tracking system.
- Filing and general accounting administrative tasks as required.
- Know how to cover accounts receivable and office administrative duties.

**We are looking for**:

- Minimum of two to three years’ experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Post-secondary completion.
- General knowledge of Simply/Sage50 Accounting software.
- Solid communication skills - both written English and verbal; ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization.
- Have a professional attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Have fluid experience in excel and be able to navigate basic formulas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment.

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
