We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Landscape Construction Foreman or Lead Hand who is a leader but also a team player and has a passion for excellence.

**You will be required to**:

- Maintain a very high standard of work and have your crew adhere to this standard
- Complete construction jobs efficiently within job timelines
- Lead a 3-to-5-person crew effectively
- Operate all machinery on site safely
- Be responsible for your crew’s safety as required by law
- Read construction drawings and surveys
- Participate in meetings with the designer and client regarding site construction
- Complete daily reports and paperwork related to projects

**Qualifications**:

- 3 to 5 years experience in residential landscaping
- Career Oriented and Teachable
- Aptitude for physically demanding outdoor work during all types of weather conditions
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience directing a crew of 3 or more people
- Current ‘G’ license and clean driver’s abstract
- Experience driving trucks and trailers, loading/offloading machines, maintenance, and repair of equipment
- Current Excavator & Skid Steer certifications
- First Aid training and other certifications an asset
