**North Lakes Developments & Construction - Residential Construction Lead Hand**

North Lakes Developments & Construction has a new and exciting opportunity for a Skilled, Hardworking and Experienced Construction Lead Hand at our Interior construction sites.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has solid experience in the field. This position requires good communication, quality workmanship and teamwork.

**Responsibilities**
- Be able to follow instructions provided by the Construction Foreman and complete tasks with high-quality results, in assigned time frames
- Ensure that crew members are trained in proper and safe operations
- Safely operate various hand, power and air tools
- Foster positive working relationships with coworkers
- Exercise safe work practices and procedures
- Thrives in fast-paced working environments, is flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Handle material, prepare work areas, and other duties as required
- Ability to commute to job sites mostly within the Durham Region
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working order, perform minor maintenance and document any issues as they arise.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency with power tools
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality construction projects that meet or exceed client expectations
- Efficient at installing drywall, tape, floors, kitchen, bathroom and tiles
- Skilled at precision measuring
- Problem Solving Skills
- Aptitude for physically demanding work
- First Aid training, Equipment training and other certifications an asset

**Wage & Benefits**
- Full time/permanent position
- Hourly rate to be determined dependent on experience

**Salary: $25 to $35/hr**

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
