Landscape Labourer

We are currently looking for Skilled and enthusiastic Skilled Landscape Construction Labourers.

**You will be required to**:

- Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
- Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, compact or level earth to grade specifications using picks, shovels, tampers and rakes.
- Load and unload building materials, machinery and tools and distribute/return them to the appropriate locations according to project plans.
- Level and grade gravel sub-base for installing paver projects such as: driveways, walkways, stairs, patios and retaining walls

**Qualifications**:

- Past experience is an asset and relative to pay range (more experience in same industry or alike is great)
- Applicants with relevant job history **or** an enthusiastic attitude, and willingness to learn will be considered.
- Ability to communicate and receive instructions with great attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of machinery, power tools, and hand tools related to landscaping an asset.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites and/or our Bowmanville based yard.
- Aptitude for physically demanding outdoor work, during all types of weather, works as part of a team to complete tasks and meet team goals.
- Current ‘G’ license.
- Capable of being consistently reliable and punctual.
