We are currently looking for Skilled and enthusiastic Landscape Construction Labourers who enjoy working outside, working as a team member and building quality landscapes.

**You will be required to**:

- Work safely and in a responsible manner, with eager participation and initiative
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites and yard areas
- Excavate soil, backfill excavations, compact or level earth to grade specifications using picks, shovels, tampers and rakes
- Load and unload building materials, machinery and tools and distribute/return them to the appropriate locations according to project plans
- Install pavers, walls, coping and armourstone with direction from a Foreman
- Handle, install and water plant material
- Demonstrate continuous growth through personal goal achievement

**Qualifications**:

- Applicants with relevant job history and/or an enthusiastic attitude, and willingness to learn will be considered
- Working knowledge of machinery, power tools, and hand tools related to landscaping an asset
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites and/or our Bowmanville based yard
- You’re a team player with an aptitude for physically demanding outdoor work, during all types of weather to complete tasks and meet team goals
- Ability to communicate and receive instructions in a respectful manner
- Capable of being consistently reliable and punctual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: $15.68-$28.00 per hour
