Customer Success Specialist & Office Admin

**Key Duties**
2. Proactively manage opportunities with existing and prospective customers through the sales cycle
3. Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
4. General administrative work including but not limited to keeping CRM, website & MLS updated, office paperwork, etc. (full list of responsibilities will be provided later)
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- 2 years of previous customer service / receptionist experience
- Fast learner with strong aptitude for technology
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous real estate experience
- Post-secondary in business education (MBA. etc.)
- The ability to type with two hands (typing a minimum of 35 words per minute)
**Language Requirement**:
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Overall IELTS 7.5 (Academic or General)
- Overall CLB 9
- Completion of BOTH secondary and post secondary education in Canada
**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
**Benefits**:
- Paid time off
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Master's Degree (required)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
