Paradigm Fleet Services is currently looking for a responsible and organized Inventory Specialist
- Previous dealership experience is preferred
- OMVIC License an asset
- Must be self-motivated, hardworking and a team player for our fast-paced environment
- Responsible for inventory advertising (photo uploads, pricing/updates, vehicle listings)
- Coordinating drivers for vehicle pick ups and deliveries
- Ensuring our lot is organized and easy to maneuver in
- Inspect the vehicle to detect and visible defects, such as bumps, scratches and torn upholstery
- Coordinate logistics of outgoing deliveries with Sales & Service Team
- Capable of working as a member of a team and interact with others in a professional and courteous manner
- A proven self-starter that can work well under stressful situations
- Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times
- Contribute to strong customer satisfaction by providing effective, efficient and quality service in all aspects of lot maintenance
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lot to ensure the highest level of customer experience
- Maintain a positive, approachable attitude when dealing with internal and external customers
- Deliver and pick up vehicles and supplies from other locations as required
- Verify key tags for correct information
- Above average time management skills to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
- Ability operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Reliable and dependable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
