**Inside Sales Associate**
The Inside Sales Representative generates and maintains strong relationships with current customers and provide support when needed. As a part of the business development team, you will work collaboratively on marketing campaigns and participate in strategy development. This position may be for you, if you are looking to develop your business skills and knowledge so that you can progress professionally within a dynamic growing company.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- First line of response to customers around the world.
- Enter, process, and solicit repeat orders from current accounts.
- Build relationships and solve problems.
- Answer technical questions and troubleshoot problems.
- Collaborate with the Inside and Outside Sales Teams to provide excellent service to customers.
**Experience and Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in business or communications preferred.
- Driven and want to develop your skills within a growing company.
- Solution oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
