**LEASE ADMINISTRATOR**

**Your tasks at a glance**
- You ensure that productive landlord and subtenant relationships are maintained in accordance with the lease and sublease agreements.
- You address landlord issues to ensure compliance with the lease terms and negotiate equitable resolutions of disputes.
- You monitor and ensure the timely renewal of all leases as required through the conduit of information between operations, the real estate representatives and landlords.
- You resolve rent and other landlord/tenant issues.
- You interpret commercial lease documents (leases, amendments, subleases).
- You track and maintain critical dates.
- You provide support for the lease renewal meetings.
- You follow-up on the incentives and construction allocations and ensure reception of the measurement certificate.
- You assist the Facilities Director in all construction projects, relocations, as well as openings and closings of utility accounts/services for all locations.
**A clear view of your assets**
- You have a bachelor’s degree or professional certification.
- You have 3 to 5 years of job-related experience.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are detail and customer oriented.
- You work well under pressure.
- You have the ability to read and understand commercial real estate lease agreements.

**ADMINISTRATEUR DE BAUX**

**Vos tâches en un coup d’œil**
- Vous veillez au maintien de relations productives entre les propriétaires et les sous-locataires en vertu des contrats de location et de sous-location.
- Vous réglez les problèmes liés aux propriétaires afin de vous assurer du respect des conditions des baux et vous négociez des ententes équitables pour résoudre les litiges.
- Vous faites le suivi de l’échéance des beaux, desquels vous assurez le renouvellement en temps opportun, s’il y a lieu, en veillant à la bonne communication des renseignements entre le service des opérations, les représentants immobiliers et les propriétaires.
- Vous résolvez les litiges relatifs à la location et ceux opposant les propriétaires et les locataires.
- Vous interprétez les documents liés aux baux commerciaux (baux, sous-baux et avenants).
- Vous établissez un calendrier et effectuez le suivi des dates importantes.
- Vous offrez le soutien nécessaire durant les réunions de renouvellement de bail.
- Vous effectuez le suivi des incitatifs et des allocations de construction, et vous assurez la réception des certificats de mesure.
- Vous assistez le directeur des installations dans tous les projets de construction, les déménagements, ainsi que l’ouverture et la fermeture de comptes de services publics ou autres pour tous les sites.
