If all this sounds appealing, wed love to meet you **WHAT IS THE ROLE ?** The Real Estate and Development team is looking for a detail-oriented Leasing Analyst to audit our rent-related expenses and ensure our existing financial lease clauses are respected. **HOW WILL YOU DO IT?** - Update leasing software with all incoming invoices. - Set up and update all financial information regarding rental payments/increases in leasing software. - Analyze financial data and lease agreements to assess the impact on the company's bottom line and make data-driven recommendations. - Closely interpret and monitor retail lease clauses regarding rental charges. - Challenge invoice discrepancies with landlords. - Continuously review and assess the company's existing lease portfolio to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved lease terms. - Assist in the preparation of monthly rent roll. - Assist in the preparation of sales reports and sales certificates on a monthly basis. - Assist in tracking free rent Work on end of lease year breakpoint reconciliation. - Co-tenancy tracking. Assist with various administrative tasks, incoming mail, business licenses, opening utility accounts, etc. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Real Estate, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment on leasing strategies and objectives. - Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate leasing status, financial rent reports, implications, and potential risks to senior management. **WHO YOU ARE ?** **Your achievements** - DEC in Business Administration or Accounting. - 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role. **Your contribution** - Solid knowledge of shopping center leases. - Solid Microsoft Office/Google Drive skills. - Knowledge of Visual Leases software is an asset. - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. **WHAT WE OFFER** Youll have an entire team in your corner, ensuring that you are seen, heard, respected, and treated the way you want to be treated.
