The 515 Bar in Downtown Vancouver is searching for a Lead Mixologist/Cocktail-orientated Bartender to join our team.

The Lead Mixologist will be in charge of managing daily operations at The 515 Bar. In this role, you will be supporting our team in continuing to build Craft Cocktail's first mindest bar. The role is dynamic and multifaceted, it's perfect for someone who loves to build, create, brainstorm as well as connect with our customer base firsthand to see their reactions and responses to our cocktails and offers.

If you are someone who LOVES spirits, cocktail making, leading a team and making an impact on our menu direction, then this role is PERFECT for you.

**Here's what we are looking for**:

- A hospitality expert, someone who's worked in this industry long enough (minimum 5 years).
- A bar leader who understands and knows the value of having a well-prepared and organized bar.
- A creative mind who can lead menu creations, bringing an exciting and unique approach to our cocktail list.
- A team player who can collaborate with management from different departments to meet & exceed customer service expectations.
- An honest and thoughtful leader who can train our team, transfer knowledge and ensure the development of his/her/their bar team.
- Finally, someone who understands financials, menu costing, and menu pricing.
