**Position Overview**:
As a Bartender at Open Outcry, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for crafting exquisite cocktails, providing recommendations from our extensive drink menu, and ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to mix drinks with precision and flair will contribute to our reputation for excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, wines, and other beverages.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Engage with guests, provide menu recommendations, and deliver exceptional service.
Ensure the responsible service of alcohol in compliance with all local and state regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen and server team to coordinate food and drink orders.
Create and update cocktail menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends.
Uphold our high standards of quality and consistency.

**Qualifications**:
Previous bartending experience.
Knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and wine/spirits.
Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsible beverage service certification preferred but not required.
