**POSITION**:Temporary Receptionist

**TYPE**: Full-time, Temporary (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm)

**LOCATION**: Central Services Office - North Battleford, SK

**TERM**: November 3, 2025 - June 30, 2026

**COMPENSATION**: $19.31 per hour

Living Sky School Division is seeking a friendly and organized Temporary Receptionist to join our Central Services team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in providing excellent service to staff, students, and the public.

**About the Position**

Typical responsibilities include:

- Greeting and assisting visitors, staff, and those we serve
- Answering and directing phone calls in a friendly and helpful manner
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Maintaining office supplies and supporting general office organization
- Assisting with scheduling and meeting set ups

**Qualification**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an aptitude for learning new software
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
