Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Operations Officer to join our client.

Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:
Will be part of Master Data Maintenance (MDM) team, where responsibilities will be to act as the secondary reviewer for all worked processed by MDM maintenance team which would include but not limited to:

- Identifying process errors
- reviewing gaps to minimize/eliminate issues prior to production feed
- Work closely with MDM analyst to ensure all identified discrepancies, errors or potential issues is resolved prior to completion and sign off to production feed
- Maintain records of checks performed, including findings and corrective actions taken
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of MDM processes
- Create new documents for second checking, as new processes are brought to the team

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- Automation
- Excel
- Oracle systems
