**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Plusgrade is searching for an enthusiastic, delivery-focused, customer-first product minded individual to join our growing team as a Technical Product Manager that will be working with a customer centric engineering team. A day in the life; You will sit alongside Partner Success Managers or Delivery Managers to understand business needs and opportunities. You’ll use this knowledge to ensure the ‘what’ and ‘why’ is understood and collaborate with the development team to create the right technical solutions. Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, managing the details between multiple initiatives keeps you busy and keeps things moving.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- **Deliver**:Drive delivery in the engineering team by getting a firm grasp of the opportunity or problem and enabling the tech teams to deliver the right solution. This includes writing requirements and acceptance criteria.
- **Be hands-on**:Comfortable working in the backend i.e using a tool to simulate API request/responses, understand integration points, read system diagrams.
- **Provide Laser Sharp Prioritization**:Continuously ensure you and the team are focusing on the right priorities, ask questions, push back, keep focus and aim to please
- **Product Specialist**: Become a go-to-person for the Commercial and Partner teams to answer product questions and find creative ways to solve and optimize our programs. Have a deep Product understanding to vet incoming requests, guide execution and build testing plans.
- **Collaborate and Communicate**:Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders inside and outside the organization. Be skilled in collaborating and documenting for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- **Process Driven**:Catch inefficiency and propose and put in place processes to reduce waste, improve the quality of deliverables.

**YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH**:

- Solid experience with Agile and managing a clear, well defined and prioritized backlog.
- Comfortable working in the backend i.e using a tool to simulate API request/responses, understand integration points, read system diagrams.
- Able to troubleshoot and dig into issues through (basic) database queries, looking through logs and simulating front end flows
- 3+ years experience in a B2B2C or SAS based product lead organization
- Experience working with clients
- Bonus: Experience working in the airline or travel industry
