Officevibe is software that lets managers do what they do best: build an environment of confidence, collaboration and growth in their organization. Managers can count on Officevibe solutions to help expand and develop their team, enriching dialogue with team members and gaining helpful insights into their needs.
- So, what will your new role actually look like?_

As a Product Manager at Officevibe you responsible for maximizing the value of our products by planning, prioritizing,and launching GSoft products features in alignment with our product strategy. You are an expert of your product, and you have a deep understanding of their customers, stakeholders, and internal teams. You collaborate with your peers to ensure alignment with the product strategy, including the developers to ensure accurate scoping and timely delivery, the customer support team, the sales team and the marketing team to ensure effective communication and go-to-market of the product. Your specific responsibilities are:

- Collaborate with the product Director to define and enable strategies to drive innovation and market success.
- Support the Director to create and maintain a product roadmap for your product vertical.
- Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages for the products in your vertical.
- Ensure hands-on execution: road mapping, writing specs, discovery, delivery/shipping.
- Design the best solution for the problem by collaborating with design and technical teams.
- Communicate, coordinate, and ensure alignment between backlog prioritization & the go-to-market strategy.
- Manage a product backlog ensuring that it is visible, transparent and clear.
- Gathers and analyses clients’ needs.
- Communicate product objectives and requirements by capturing user needs and writing user stories.
- Prioritize efforts based on time constraints, overall strategy,and business objectives.
- Identifies and organizes the steps for the next iteration of the product.
- Acts as a market knowledge expert for dev, CS, sales & marketing.
- Ensures positive ROI is reached for developed features.

**What does your future team look like?**

The team, composed of a product designer and developers, focuses on expansion strategies, acquisition and first experience with the product. It’s a bridge between long-term investments in the core product and implementation of short-term tactics to increase the product’s ability to grow. This team is known for its in-depth knowledge of the product and its constraints, as well as its ability to experiment, which means the team has a tangible impact on Officevibe.
- What are the newest challenges awaiting your team?_
- Grow the product’s self-serve acquisition and expansion capacity.
- Create synergies between product initiatives and the need to address the UX and Technical debt.
- Maintain the integrity of the product’s business rules and suggest initiatives to optimize them.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a Product Manager in the SaaS field;
- Strong data analysis capabilities.

Assets:

- Experience in a context focused on product growth e.g. as a Product Growth Manager;
- Experience working on a product sold to Human Resources professionals, managers and user by all employees of a company. e.g in HR technology, productivity tools, etc.
