**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Marketing Execution**
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that support company sales goals
- Collaborate actively with the Sales team to drive revenue-generating initiatives
- Partner with the Design team to promote new products and design launches
- Contribute to SEO strategy and website improvements to grow digital presence
- Ensure cohesive brand messaging across digital and physical touchpoints
**Digital & Content Marketing**
- Maintain content calendars for digital channels and coordinate campaign rollouts
- Monitor and report on performance metrics; make recommendations for optimization
- Work collaboratively with the web team to recommend content and visual updates
**Design & Visual Support**
- Review and provide input on product mock-ups and visual materials
- Support layout and formatting for sample books used in product launches
- Develop printed and digital materials to support key product lifecycle stages
**Event & Showroom Marketing**
- Assist in trade show planning including promotional materials, booth setup, and post-event follow-up
- Support showroom merchandising and digital content capture for product campaigns
- Coordinate photography and asset development for visual merchandising
**Videography & Learning Media**
- Capture and edit basic video content for product highlights, internal training, and social media using tools like Canva or iMovie
- Work with Sales and HR teams to align timelines for internal video production
- Support organization and delivery of training content for the Alendel Learning Library
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience (têxtiles, interior design, or fashion preferred)
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Understanding of SEO principles and campaign analytics
- Experience working with sales or product teams in a B2B environment
- Basic video editing experience preferred
- Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Annual salary: $50,000-$60,000, based on experience

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
