**Marketing Specialist**
- Execute and deliver on brand marketing projects, special projects, and collab partnership plans, reflective of brand strategy, including value proposition and integration options to be brought to market.
- Develop go-to-market sales plans, writing and delivering project briefs, brand campaign project management - on time and within budget constraints to ensure department and company goals are met.
- Support the Brand Manager in the development of brand marketing plans and campaigns
- Manage collaboration partnerships and special project programs by collaborating with partners and internal creative production for full funnel creative presentations
- Liaise with sample production and planning teams to procure photoshoot samples ahead of each campaign
- Maintain and manage timelines and budgets
- Provide post-project reporting and analysis on program successes and challenges as well as campaign ROI
- Manage Collabs & Special Projects go-to-market Calendar
- Proactively contribute creative marketing ideas for brand initiatives and special projects
- Analyze trends, business results and the competitive environment; identify consumer insights and translate insights into action
- execute a results driven social media strategy
- monitor social media channels for industry trends
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
- assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.

**About You**:

- 3-4 years of social media marketing experience or a related field
- Brand Partnerships experience considered a strong asset
- Proven record of success in traditional and non-traditional marketing with measurable results
- Experience in the entertainment industry
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Epic organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once without breaking a
- Deep understanding of the Tik Tok/Instagram generation
- social media savvy and understands how to use different platforms
- passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
- ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
