Relevant du superviseur du service à la clientèle, le spécialiste du service à la clientèle est chargé de s'occuper d'activités telles que la prise de commandes, le traitement des commandes du début à la fin, l'offre d'un point de contact unique pour assurer une expérience client cohérente, la coordination de l'exécution des commandes, la fourniture des informations nécessaires aux clients à Vancouver et la résolution des problèmes. **Puisque ce poste soutient les clients à Vancouver, l'horaire du CSS sera de 10h30 à 19h00.**
**Lieu de travail : Basé à notre bureau de Dorval, QC 3 jours par semaine et 2 jours à votre bureau à domicile.**
**Ce que vous ferez**
- Recevoir et traiter les commandes des clients
- Développer des solutions aux besoins/opportunités des clients
- Établir et maintenir des partenariats à long terme avec les clients
- Faire preuve d'une communication efficace et de compétences interpersonnelles
- Collaborer efficacement avec les membres de l'équipe
- Résoudre rapidement les problèmes et les non-conformités.

**Ce dont vous aurez besoin**:
- Diplôme universitaire ou collégial avec une formation spécialisée dans un domaine connexe (c'est-à-dire chimie, vente ou service à la clientèle).
- Forte aptitude à l'organisation, être orienté(e) vers le détail et posséder d'excellentes compétences en gestion du temps.
- Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et capacité à établir des priorités et à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Esprit d'équipe, orienté vers le client et motivé, avec une capacité avérée d'interagir avec confiance avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Solides compétences en informatique à l'aide de la suite bureautique Microsoft et connaissance de SAP, un atout.
- Bilingue en français et en anglais

**About the position**
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Specialist is responsible to handle activities including order taking, processing orders from beginning to end, providing a single point of contact to ensure a consistent customer experience, coordinating order fulfillment, providing necessary information to customers in Vancouver, and problem resolution. **Since this position supports the clients in Vancouver the schedule of the CSS will be 10:30 am to 7:00pm**
**Where you'll work**: Based out of our Dorval-QC office 3 days per week and 2 days out of your home office.
**What you’ll do**:

- Develop solutions to customer needs/opportunities
- Build and sustain long-term customer partnerships
- Display effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Resolve problems and non-conformances quickly
- Other duties as required
**What you’ll need**:
- University degree or College diploma with specialized training in a related field (i.e. chemistry, sales or customer service).
- Strong organizational aptitude, be detailed oriented and have excellent time management skills
