**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
- Utilize various measuring tools, including calipers, to assess product dimensions and tolerances
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends or areas for improvement
- Monitor and document CCPs (Critical Control Points), executing corrective actions as needed
- Maintain and update approved supplier and material documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality management practices that enhance product reliability
- Perform product sensory evaluations and assist in identifying non-conformities that may result in a food safety risk or product placement on QA HOLD
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of all quality control activities
- Perform environmental swabbing, ATP testing, and allergen cleaning verification
- Assist in the development and refinement of QA/QC procedures and participate in R&D or new product development projects
- Participate in root cause analysis for non-conformance issues and contribute to corrective and preventive action plans
- Support staff training in QA and food safety practices
- Assist during internal, customer, and third-party audits (e.g., BRC, HACCP)

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) principles
- Familiarity with BRC and HACCP programs and regulatory food safety standards
- Proficiency in data collection methods and statistical analysis related to quality management
- Experience with quality inspection techniques and tools, including calipers
- Ability to fabricate components or assist in fabrication processes as needed
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for identifying defects or inconsistencies
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of GMPs and documentation best practices

Pay: $17.75-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
