**Job Purpose**
The Inside Sales Representative, reporting to the President of Sales, is responsible for professionally and promptly responding to client inquiries and scheduling appointments with prospective sales leads.

**Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities**
- Schedule appointments with prospective sales leads.
- Inside sales representatives will handle both incoming and outgoing leads.
- Responsible for collecting payments and other entry-level accounts receivable duties as needed.
- Make follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain and track client call logs.
- Help generate sales leads.
- Clearly communicate company services and respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Make cold sales calls.
- Complete additional administration tasks as assigned.
**What you Bring to the Team**
- Ability to schedule, be punctual, and remain professional.
- Experience in customer service or sales is an asset
- Comfortable with cold calling and ability to communicate well.
- Proficiency in software (i.e., CRM)

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
