*Expanding Sales Team: *

We are seeking a driven and highly skilled sales executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success in providing digital solutions to businesses that help them increase their online presence and return on investment.

Our new Montreal West Island office specializes in offering online advertising services, such as SEO, SEM, PPC, and more, to small and medium-sized businesses. We take a consultative approach when working with clients, identifying areas where they can improve their online growth, and helping them establish a strong online presence that can be built upon over time.

- Experience with cold calling and lead generation
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
- Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with potential customers over the phone
- Cold calling and lead generation experience, including the ability to identify and qualify leads
- Familiarity with sales and marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of calls
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- A good listener, ability to identify pain points and objections to close the sale.
- A positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.

*Compensation: *
- $38,000-$55,000 Base Salary plus recurring monthly commission.
- Weekly contests and cash bonuses

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- relationship management or telephone sales: 5 years (preferred)
