Job Overview Retail Representative – Full-time (3‑month contract) We are hiring a results‑oriented Retail Representative to represent our clients in the Grocery, Gas & Convenience Retail Channel. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage retail sales experience in a strategic manner through direct sales, merchandising and POS placement. Responsibilities Provide sales and merchandising coverage and execute retail special projects for an assigned territory. Conduct in‑store execution of client priorities to achieve superior in‑store results. Handheld reporting and new item placement. Maintain 100% distribution of existing items. Ensure adherence to shelving guidelines and plan‑ograms. Perform pricing audits and build displays. Build relationships with store personnel and negotiate product placement. Communicate client information and sell promotions. Qualifications Prior territory retail sales experience is preferred. Available to work Monday to Friday. Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and safe driving record; able to meet insurance requirements. Strong communication skills in French. Organized, self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Computer literate and comfortable using digital technology (handheld, camera, etc.). Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs, stand, bend, and reach on a daily basis. Ability to drive for extended periods of time. Ability to store sample products and racking. Access to high‑speed internet.
