**How you’ll contribute**

As one of our **Field Scaffold Estimator’s**, you’ll play a key role in fulfilling our clients’ Scaffolding needs through:

- Travelling up to 80% of your day to various client job sites in Pickering/Ajax and Southwestern Ontario (company truck provided)
- Assessing client scaffolding needs, determining equipment requirements, and understanding site limitations around erecting / dismantling scaffold as well determining delivery points
- Documenting each site visit with pictures and site plans outlining product and equipment needs
- Preparing and distributing formalized Scaffolding quotes for each project using 3D modelling software
- Ensuring quotes are thoroughly communicated back to the appropriate sales channel and client in a timely manner
- Working with third party suppliers and vendors to organize and schedule the assembly / dismantling of Scaffold products in line with client timelines
- Addressing any customer disputes and ensuring any complaints are resolved quickly
- Strengthening and building client relationships to increase retention and help produce additional business channels
- Assisting in determining client and industry trends and making recommendations on new programs
- Developing weekly sales call plans that allow for regular client contact and prospecting of new opportunities
- Attending and contributing to all Sales and Operations meetings
- Completing and maintaining accurate call reports, and updating the Activity Tracker accordingly
- Conducting yourself professionally at all times when dealing with co-workers, clients, and third-party suppliers
- Adhering to and promoting our Company Safety Policies and conducting safe work practices while on client sites, including wearing required PPE
- Other Sales or Operational duties as assigned

**What we’re looking for**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree preferred, but not required
- Minimum 2-5 years of combined experience in Sales, Construction, and/or Operations
- G Class Driver’s License with clean drivers abstract (valid within the last 90 days)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset
- Comfortable operating company truck
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, able to effectively deal with internal staff and clients
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision while maintaining tight deadlines under multiple projects.
- Strong presentation skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, strong project management skills, attention to detail and excellent analytical/problem solving skills
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the regional construction market; knowledge of all product lines with particular focus on Scaffolding products
- Able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
