We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **On-Field Sales Representative** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales in a designated territory. You will build strong customer relationships, understand client needs, and promote our services effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and report on performance.
- Gather market insights and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned region.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Pay: $800.00-$1,500.00 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
