We are seeking a motivated, customer service professional to become our Front Desk Supervisor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests, check them in and out and provide them with any information they need during their stay
- Confirm phone and online reservations
- Respond to guest requests, issues and emergencies
- Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
- Receive and record guest payments
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
- Handel end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing and account reconciliation
- Prepare guest bills for next-day departures
- Train new staff
- Oversee front desk staff providing instruction and coaching
- Assist with guest issues and retention
- Respond to online guest reviews and feedback
- Troubleshoot computer, system and hardware issues
- Other tasks as assigned by Management

Qualifications:

- Hotel experience an asset
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn computer functions and other on-the-job skills
- Computer proficient with experience with Excel and Word

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour
