**JOB SUMMARY**

Inuvialuit Regional Corporation (IRC) is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support its legal team in Calgary, Alberta. This role focuses on corporate law, handling corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and managing corporate minute books.

The Paralegal will assist with preparing legal documents, filing annual returns, and organizing board meeting materials. Additional duties include providing administrative support to the legal team, conducting legal research, and assisting with real estate and construction law matters, such as contract reviews and title searches. The position also involves liaising with external counsel and supporting the development of legal policies.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Applicants must be/have:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, with a strong background in corporate law.
- Experience with real estate law or construction law is considered an asset - not a requirement.
- Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
