Our client, a highly respected national business law firm, is growing its Corporate Services team and is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their Calgary office.This is an excellent opportunity for a CORES III accredited Paralegal who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys complex files, and values professional growth.What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll support lawyers on a wide range of corporate work, including:Drafting resolutions, agreements & share provisionsPreparing documentation for incorporations, reorganizations, continuances & dissolutionsAssisting with transaction closings & closing agendasManaging corporate records & database updates (ALF)Working closely with lawyers for instructions & feedbackWhat We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate brings:4–5+ years of corporate paralegal experience (large firm experience an asset)CORES III accreditation (required)Strong understanding of corporate legislationImpeccable attention to detail & accuracyExcellent communication skillsAbility to prioritize multiple deadlinesA proactive, client-service mindsetWork EnvironmentCalgary-based role with hybrid flexibilityFull-time, permanent positionCompetitive compensation & comprehensive benefitsWhy Our Client?Our client offers a professional, collaborative and supportive culture where your work is valued.
