**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
Some of the responsibilities will include:

- Drafting, preparing and proofreading correspondence, documents and forms.
- Performing all corporate registry and paralegal services.
- Maintaining client and office files and other clerical duties such as: data entry, filing and maintaining/organizing company records.
- Dealing with and responding to clients.
- Performing general office and clerical duties.
- Complying with all corporate laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Organizing and maintaining an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
- Supporting the team in various administrative duties as needed.

All offers of employment are conditional upon the satisfactory verification of a criminal record check.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
