**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their automotive service needs while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your expertise in automotive repair and customer service will be essential in providing accurate information and recommendations to clients.

**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival at the service department.
- Assess customer needs by actively listening and asking relevant questions regarding vehicle issues.
- Provide detailed explanations of services required and recommend additional services based on mechanical knowledge.
- Process service orders, including cash handling and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while communicating updates to customers.
- Upsell services and products when appropriate, enhancing customer experience and dealership profitability.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further concerns.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within an automotive dealership environment.
- Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers effectively.
- Sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling automotive services or products.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
