**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
- Assess customer needs by listening to their concerns regarding vehicle performance or issues.
- Provide detailed explanations of services required, including maintenance schedules and repair options.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to recommend appropriate services based on the vehicle's condition and manufacturer guidelines.
- Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer’s vehicle.
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services, ensuring transparency in pricing.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and services provided.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred, particularly within a dealership setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge is essential, with a background in automotive repair or as a mechanic being highly advantageous.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Experience in upselling products or services is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of sales techniques within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in cash handling and maintaining accurate financial records.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
