**Job Summary**
As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring vehicle maintenance or repairs. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating smooth communication between customers and the service department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers to determine their vehicle service needs
- Provide recommendations on necessary maintenance and repairs based on customer inquiries and vehicle assessments
- Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work
- Communicate service updates to customers in a clear and professional manner
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure efficient workflow
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services or products
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service, preferably in a dealership or automotive repair setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with technicians and customers
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Proficiency in upselling techniques to maximize service revenue
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Familiarity with automotive terminology and repair processes

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
