This is the opportunity to work for one of Canada's largest building suppliers as a Account Payable Clerk as well as supporting the Admin Department when needed with quotations and verifying invoices and whatever else is required by the department.
- You would be responsible for overseeing several different financial aspects of the company.
- You must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- You must be a detail oriented person.
- You would be responsible to perform a variety of general accounting support tasks in the accounting department including but not limited to Account Receivables and Account Payables.
- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts.
- You must have experience with handling Collections.
- You must have experience with Invoicing and issuing credit notes.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Petty cash Reconciliation
- Daily Bank deposits
- New Account set-ups
- Have excellent organizational skills and computer skills.
- You must have at least 3 years experience
