- Provide a full range of professional, culturally, and gender-responsive social work services
- Coordinate and facilitate the case management process
- Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention and specialized treatment services for complex cases
- Provide input into individual goal development
- Develop and deliver evidence-based programs
- Conduct individual, family and group counseling and treatment sessions
- Liaise with family and community organizations

**What you bring to the team**:
**Mandatory requirements**:

- Master of Social Work or Bachelor of Social Work degree with significant post graduate supervised social work experience
- Currently registered in good standing as a Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers

**Specialized Knowledge and Experience**:

- You have in-depth knowledge of theories, principles, and practices of social work assessment and intervention
- You can develop and implement rehabilitative treatment plans and programs to clients with complex needs
- You have expertise in case management and clinical planning
- You have demonstrated knowledge of adolescent development, processes, theories and effective therapeutic interventions including understanding of gender specific programming and relevant issues related to at risk youth
- You have knowledge of relevant community resources and agencies

**Proven Communication, Presentation, Facilitation, Interpersonal and Group Leadership Skills**:

- You can provide training, assessment services, individual, family and group counseling programs
- You are able to adjust your communication in order to connect and build rapport with youth who have diverse/varied cultural, ethnic, and educational backgrounds
- You can prepare written assessments and program evaluations
- You have experience working effectively within a multidisciplinary team including external agencies

**Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**:

- You can diagnose youth risk, needs, and responsivity issues
- You can develop treatment plans and evaluate programs and services
- You have organizational skills and planning skills to manage workload
