**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining financial records using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy.
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries via multi-line phone systems and managing front desk responsibilities.
- Organize and maintain office files, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Utilize Google Workspace for document management and communication within the team.
- Support the finance department with various tasks as needed, including preparing reports and assisting with audits.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an office environment, preferably in a finance or medical office setting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace.
- Strong computer skills with a focus on data entry accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with administrative duties such as filing, typing, and proofreading is essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.55-$43.65 per hour
