Responsibilities Develop control logic, electrical schematics, and functional specifications Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of equipment Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate control solutions Design and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for automation projects Track actions, risks, and issues while maintaining program documentation and reporting Participate in continuous improvement and capital project initiatives Ensure compliance with ISO requirements, audits, and corrective actions Maintain documentation for control systems, including diagrams, software versions, and change history Support execution of product changes, launches, and operational activities Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for automation issues Ensure systems meet regulatory, safety, and other required standards Maintain accurate product data, specifications, and documentation in relevant systems Support engineering and other teams in resolving issues with equipment in order to facilitate production and promote continuous improvements Support adoption of standardized tools, templates, and methods. Qualifications Education in Electrical or Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field 5+ years PLC Programming experience in a manufacturing environment Previous experience in a controls engineering, programming, or similar role preferred Excellent communication skills for interaction with the workforce, its suppliers and customers Familiarity with manufacturing and engineering tools, systems, and methodologies Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required Organizational and time management skills required Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision #J-18808-Ljbffr
