**Areas of Accountability**:
Ensuring all program components are being followed
Coordinating all program staff and contracted staff in relation to program activities. (Including but not limited to Yoga Instructor, Acupuncturist, Summer Life Skills Coordinator etc.)
Coordinating vehicle lease, insurance, maintenance and upkeep
Participation in Medication Safety Committee and provide liaison with pharmacy and Nurse Practitioner
Holder of Community Care license through Vancouver Coastal Health, ensuring all licensing requirements are met
Supporting staff with crisis based decision making, delegating tasks, following up with staff and reporting to VCH following Critical Incidents
Coordinating all components of the hiring and onboarding process, probationary term and annual performance reviews. Providing letters of employment and references upon request.
Quarterly + Annual stats and Annual report: Preparing stats + submitting all required information to Executive Director each quarter
Maintaining weekly communication with Centralized Addictions Intake Team (CAIT VCH) and participating in community based meetings as needed
Facilitating monthly staff meetings & Weekly Consultation meetings, preparing staff meeting agenda and coordinating monthly staff training
Attending community partnership meetings, and facilitating information booths at community related events as requested
Ensuring completion of administrative tasks in the absence of Administrative Assistant
Communicating with VSB contracted teacher to maintain requirements of Peak House school program and contract deliverables
Summer Life Skills Program: Hiring and managing the Summer Lifeskills Coordinator contract. Includes financials and activity oversight.
Respond to client/family/caregiver/professionals concerns as needed
Annual BBQ, Team Days, Holiday events coordinator
Attending Board Meetings as requested by Executive Director, providing monthly board report each month.
Facilitating site tours
Ensure all staff hiring and departure paperwork and requirements are completed
Taking over duties of Support Worker Coordinator in their absence
Maintaining overview of client files, ensuring all relevant documentation is up to date. in collaboration with Clinical Supervisor, ensure that files meet Community Care licensing standards and requirements, FOIPPA standards and VCH standards
Oversee Support Worker Coordinator to ensure all shifts are adequately covered
Liaise and collaborate regarding client case management
Provide regular supervision to Mental Health & Substance Use Support Workers and Support Worker coordinator
Supervise practicum placements
Manage all petty cash, monies and receipt collection and reconciliation
Ensuring the physical site of the Peak House program is well maintained and kept up to Community Care licensing standards
Reporting and providing all maintenance needs and inspection requirements as set by BC Housing
Regular attendance at morning and afternoon shift change, weekly consultation and monthly staff meeting
Completion of bi-weekly staff payroll, completion of summarized payroll documents for payroll input.
Available for afterhours crisis support, both remotely and on site as needed. Providing consultation support to staff team as needed after hours.

**Qualifications and Requirements, with preference given to applicants with**:
- excellent knowledge of a variety of theoretical perspectives, with special emphasis on narrative and solution focused perspectives.
- a minimum of 5 years experience with a live-in, youth orientated substance misuse program.
- relevant post secondary education and training both as supervisor and practitioner.
- Invested in ongoing self and professional development
- Must comply with the requirements of a criminal record check (including vulnerable sector) prior to commencing employment and every 5 years thereafter.
- Emergency first aid and CPRA certification
- Negative TB test prior to commencing employment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
