Our Leadership and Development team works closely with our Business Partners and Leadership to manage end-to-end programs within the Learning and Design space. We are passionate about providing rich learning experiences across all levels of the organization. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the design, implementation, and delivery of learner-centric solutions, principles, and programs that engage and motivate our people and positively impact and enrich our employee experience.

a day in the life
- Manage multiple complex projects in a cross-functional, fast-paced team environment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver learning solutions by leveraging digital learning, developing ILTs, eLearning modules, etc.
- Develop market strategy for programs in partnership with local partners based on market needs and manages program effectiveness
- Assist in the development of program strategies and roadmaps that outline key deliverables
- Manage, implement, and update assigned programs, putting forth recommendations to improve effectiveness
- Facilitate small focus groups and welcome sessions as needed
- Act as project manager for new program launches and manage deadlines

qualifications
- Project management certificate a plus
- 5-8 years experience in people management, project management, learning development, operations, or HR-related field
